As a company that has adopted quality as its principle, quality control is among the areas we focus on most. For us, the aesthetics and quality of a product become possible when every touch on it comes together.
An error occurring even in a single stage of our production, without exception, is of vital importance to us. Therefore, every product we produce must be complete, accurate, whole and perfect. This understanding is one of the most important reasons underlying the success of DoraModa.
PRODUCTION STAGES
The fabric rolls coming from the model shop are ready for cutting after passing all the necessary checks. The work of our expert slaughterhouse personnel becomes much easier thanks to the superior technology used. Nowadays, where cutting is a technology product, Doramoda has achieved cutting standards that are at par with the best systems in the world.
We produce with our 3000 m2 sewing facility and 250 personnel. The production process continues using the latest technology.
Products that have left the washing phase behind are brought to our packaging department to be packaged. Here, it is carefully passed through all the stages foreseen to be implemented according to world standards. When it is understood that these ironed products have no problems, the packaging process is carried out by meticulously complying with all the criteria requested by our customers.
Shipment is at least as important as packaging and washing of the products. Overshadowing these stages, which have been carried out perfectly until the last stage, is no different from an unacceptable fiasco for a principled, prestigious manufacturer.
